Açaí bowl

INGREDIENTS/

  • 100 g of açaí pulp 14%
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 30 ml of coconut water or apple juice
  • 2 frozen strawberries
  • A tablespoon of frozen red berries
  • Toppings to taste: granola, dried fruit and nuts, seasonal fruit

PREPARATION/

 

  • Introduce the açaí pulp into water to ease its splitting into smaller chunks. After that, slice the bag in half with a knife and put the pulp chunks into a blender.
  • Add the frozen banana, strawberries and berries for a softer and creamier result.
  • Use 30 ml of liquid (coconut water or apple juice) to enhance the bowl’s flavour and favour the mix of ingredients. It is recommended to use blenders with pushers (as in the video) for an easier bowl preparation.
  • Finally, once the mix is homogeneous and the texture is creamy, it can go into the bowl together with the toppings to your liking.

Pitaya bowl

INGREDIENTS/

  • 100 g of pitaya pulp
  • Half a frozen banana
  • 90 g of frozen mango
  • Toppings to taste: granola, dried fruit and nuts, seasonal fruit
  • 30 ml of coconut water or apple juice

PREPARATION/

 

  • Firstly, introduce the pitaya pulp into water to ease its splitting into smaller chunks. After that, slice the bag in half with a knife and put the pulp chunks into a blender.
  • Add the half banana and the 90 g of mango for a softer and creamier result.
  • Use 30 ml of liquid (coconut water or apple juice) to enhance the bowl’s flavour and favour the mix of ingredients.
  • It is recommended to use blenders with pushers (as in the video) for an easier bowl preparation.
  • Finally, once the mix is homogeneous and the texture is creamy, it can go into the bowl together with the toppings to your liking.
