Recetas Coraçaí

 Coraçai is not just a sorbet, is the perfect complement for any time of day, any moment of year. It is enough wanting take care of yourself and use a little imagination because it combines well with a lot of ingredients and can be taken in a lot of ways: in delicious desserts, smoothies, breakfast, etc.

We will be adding new recipes and ways to take it, in addition to our blog, with the hashtag: #coracaibowl and #recetascoracai and in social networks we will have you up to date of all our news and latest trends.

Next we present you a series of delicious recipes to start the day on a healthy and energetic way.These are the famous # açaibowls that are attracting more and more people (instagram is on fire).

Ah! And if you do not find any of these ingredients do not worry, the important thing is to start, you can incorporate them later.

Take note, here we go:

#ENERGYBOWL

Ingredients:

  • CORAÇAI, approx 100 grams, 3 tablespoons (or 1 Coraçai small cup)
  • Almond milk, 20 ml., approx 1/8 parts of a cup
  • Crunchy bio fruit, 25 gr.
  • 2 chopped wallnuts
  • Dried grapes (Sultana), 20 gr.
  • Banana slices, 50 gr (half a banana)
  • Apple slices (half an apple)

Preparation:

We take 100 gr. of CORAÇAI sorbet out of the freezer and let it acclimate to our breakfast bowl for 10 min. Then add almond milk and stir with a spoon until it is mixed well. You can add more milk if you want the base to be more liquid.

Once we have the basis to our taste we can add the remaining ingredients. We have prepared our #energybowl to enjoy it and we can see how we are full of energy to face a new day.

Energy Bowl

#ANTIAGEBOWL

Ingredients:

  • CORAÇAI&STRAWBERRY, approx 100 grams, 3 tablespoons (or 1 Coraçai small cup)
  • Oat milk, 20 ml., about 1/8 cup
  • Integral cereals, 25gr.
  • 2 laminates strawberries (or another red fruit)
  • Kiwi slices (half a kiwi)
  • 1 chia seeds tablespoon (small)
  • 2 wheat germ tablespoons.
  • 2 flax seeds tablespoons
  • 1 chocolate chips tablespoon (70% min.)

* If you don´t find some of these ingredients, don´t worry, the important thing is to start, you can incorporate it later.

#SUMMERBOWL   

Ingredients:

  • CORAÇAI&BANANA, 100 grams approx, 3 tablespoons (or 1 Coraçai small cup)
  • Coconut milk, 20 ml., About 1/8 cup
  • Oat flakes, 25g.
  • 2 chopped Brazil nuts
  • Papaya slices
  • Raspberries

Preparation:

We take 100 gr. of ” CORAÇAI & BANANA” sorbet out of the freezer and let it acclimate in our bowl breakfast for 10 min. Next add the coconut milk and stir with a spoon until it is mixed well. You can add more milk if you want the base to be more liquid.

Once we have the basis to our taste we can add the remaining ingredients. We have prepared our #summerbowl to enjoy it and see how it depurates us, detoxifies us, helps us to eliminate fluids and prepares our skin for a full of energy summer.

Summer bowl
